8 oz Violife Just Like Mozzarella shreds
6 Portobello mushrooms
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh basil to taste, chopped
Dash extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
Thyme leaves to garnish
Pepper, to taste
Directions

1. In a bowl mix cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

 

2. Fill the mushrooms evenly with tomato mix and sprinkle a generous amount of Violife Just Like Mozzarella shreds.

 

3. Throw on a preheated barbecue and grill for 10 minutes with a closed lid, until Violife shreds have melted nicely. Garnish with thyme leaves and serve!
